Within the framework of segmentation and diversification, the first subsidiary company was founded in Montenegro in July 2023.

The decision to create ACP Montenegro DOO is part of the company’s strategy to scale its activities, enter new markets and expand its investment geography.

Montenegro is one of the most attractive locations in terms of a quick real estate market development. Since the costs of real estate in Montenegro are relatively low when compared to some other European countries, but there is still evident annual growth. Therefore, buying real estate property in Montenegro can be a profitable investment in the long run.

This fact became crucial for the beneficiaries when choosing a country for opening the first subsidiary company.

Business trip to Montenegro

On December 11-13 ACP team had a business trip to Montenegrin coast to meet with real estate developers, witness their construction works and progress in real time, and understand better real estate market of this country.

As part of the business trip, there were several meetings and negotiations held with representatives of different real estate developing companies and realtors. Our beneficiaries had productive meetings with such leaders of Montenegrin market. as: NT Realty, Adriatic Appraisal, ALK real estate, and CMM company.
